🛒 Material Purchase & Management
Materials sourcing fee:
• $35/hour (minimum 1 hour)
• $75 if the purchase process exceeds 2 hours,
These fees cover:
- Driving to stores and supplier locations.
- Searching, selecting and picking up materials.
- coordinating with the client for approval.
- loading and Transporting standars – sized items.
- Note: Large or heavy materials (such as drywall sheets, doors, appliances, or glass panels) may require a separate delivery or vehicle rental, which is billed directly to the client with receipt.
